No you can't work on a tourist visa. You can job hunt though.

New Zealand does not have any visa offices in Nigeria. The nearest one is in South Africa. I strongly suggest you read through the website because it's obvious from your first 2 questions that you haven't done so.

The best job site is www.seek.co.nz and yes there is an accredited employer list which again is on the INZ website. New Zealand is one country where they make it easy to find all the information you need about visas on their immigration website. Even their applications are all online based.

Yes I did go through the website and read this thread from page 1 till here , what confused me is that last time I visited VFS Lagos at Lekki for South Africa visa I saw they are handle NZ visa application submission to South Africa and when I check their website too is stated there.

Thanks for your prompt answers bro,a worker of mine just got the same E visas posted here,for 2 years working visa.When verified on the website given,its authentic,i almost gave him the money he requested...but i got a second thought of going to the airport and verify from different airlines.Lo and behold,the way airline's chased us away ,gave me so much joy,because we haven't paid a dime for the visa....the visa agent was even asking for hotel reservation money,....i knew they were scammers when they said ticket was $1500 ,when i know the cheapest airline to New Zealand is about 2.3m naira.

Did you even read the image you posted?
It says you must have a valid Australian PR visa or RRV. Do you have that?
You won’t even get past Lagos or Abuja if you are not an Aussie PR

Go back a few pages - all the requirements to gain a work visa is listed there. If you didn't complete any of those processes at all, even if one step is missing, then the visa is not real.
