Lol no be you Dey feel say them Dey look you..?the competition ends in Jamb and post utme..? People don’t really compete in medical school if you are good na your pocket, everybody won grab their 50/100,any competition after jamb and post utme that one na you wey Dey reason am, pass and get out from medical school
most schools are allowed to graduate a specific number of people but these same schools admit more than their quota, that is where competition comes in

if she was talking about the top 3 or top2 stuff, that maybe some kind of push though. But saying that because you passed 50, you hope to move to the next stage in a school that has a quota of 100 whilst having 400 students. Then you are in for a long thing

EXACTLY. Having 50 is not enough in some schools. You'll now be put in batches. That's the competition I'm talking about. While in some schools, they fail you ON PURPOSE.. Because they want to meet up with the quota.

Show me a school that inducted someone who scored 60 over someone who scored 50 because of quota

You most definitely have to re-evaluate the options available to you:

Most importantly your choice of university has to be one where any of the following (should it apply to you) is obtainable:

1. Only admits students using Post UTME scores (and you're confident that you'd get in on merit)

2. Only admit using Post UTME scores and O-levels (assuming you have As and Bs in the prerequisites and you're confident you'd blast the Post-Utme)

3. The University has a relatively uncompetitive Medicine program (and 1 or 2 above also applies)

4. Take a change of course form and switch courses

5. Try again.

You can quote me should you be willing to discuss this further.
