I don't really know the full details of the demolition stuff. The truth is that majority of people don't follow development plans. They prefer to bribe their way through, not knowing a new government can revert back to the original city plan. I believe majority of you guys will see a building mark for demolition, but by the next few days the inscription is already gone. Why because? Money has already exchange hands. Spending such amount of money for a building, one needs to follow up all the requirements meant for development in the building area
