Guys, I need to be sure about the POF as my school did not include it in my offer letter, got a conditional offer from the university of Wolverhampton and all documents needed have been submitted, still waiting for the unconditional letter so I can pay the deposit of £3000 and my TB test before the CAS. Please guys when do I start counting the 28 days for the POF (I’m using MFB)and when do I start my visa application? So confused right now.

The schools won't see it as anything,but the UKVI might want to count it against you,they might want to assume your migration is for economic purpose.
I will advise you to conceal it for ease of Visa application

School has sent me several emails to pay deposit so i can get CAS early enough.

However,

Used my WAEC for English lang requirements.
DoB on WAEC does not match that of Passport ( 2 years diff).
The school did not flag this as an issue.

But my concern is that UKVI may flag since it will be stated on CAS that WAEC was used as proof for English language. And I will be required to also submit WAEC for Visa Application.
And if UKVI flags this and I am denied, ..I will lose the 5000 initial deposit.

What would you advise?

For Sunderland did they later give u unconditional offer. Because have tried asking and they say they might still need it after compliance. Which school now gave u unconditional offer
