from your system info below, its a core i3,10th generation. and 4gb ram. your system, its a low ultra voltage processor, and under clocked and 1.20ghz processor speed frequency is so low. so the system will likely be slow. and i can also see 1.19ghz speed, this means you have disabled Intel speed step-up or hyperthread from the system bios settings, you have to enable it back in the bios settings, so as to be using the full 1.20ghz speed. what you should do to improve the performance is to get a high ssd storage and add 4gb ram more, to make 8gb ram. uninstall softwares, programs or apps, you don't use.

Recently I upgraded the ram and hdd 8gb/500gb on my dell Latitude e5430 and the windows was installed to windows 11 only for it to start hanging terribly and started taking forever to shut down

The screen uses module,since the backlight is spoilt ,you just have to replace the module.

I don't think it's the module I think it's the inverter. the screen is working perfectly well but it's too dark I can't see anything unless I use a torchlight on it.

My laptop SATA connector is bad, how much would it take to get a new one. Also r bottom chassis is cracked, what should i budget in total for repairs

Lol.. I'm telling you as a laptop technician,the model gives light to the screen,if it is bad you will only get a dim display.
