It's an untracked parcel and it has gotten to Nigeria, your only option is to wait till you're called and that usually takes time for untracked items

Yeah, you're right. We wait as I believe that package will be rerouted.

Opening dispute should always be a last resort, or when there's a successful delivery update of the said order.

Charges? No charge na. Just load your dollar card and make your transaction. No charge on POS payment but there's for transfers.

NB: I use GTB $ card and that's my experience. Sure it'd be same for others too.

Kuda never announced that you can now do international transactions on their cards.

As far as I know Kuda bank Card are local only.

If you have family members, open account for them In standard chartered and use their cards

I bought 5 different items on AE on the 1st of May. 4 were from the same store and 1 from another store. When i made payment, i asked the seller of the first store to package all 4 items and ship together as one but he didn't do that. When i observed the 4 items had different tracking IDs, i messaged the seller to ask why and he was saying his staffs made the mistake and bla bla bla...


On the 6th of May when my orders was at the the sorting centre, AE sent me an update that all my items have been combined as one. That is even the one from the other seller has been combined as one at the sorting centre and i was given a new tracking ID


My order arrived Nigeria in the 16th of May and just moments ago, i got a call from a speedaf dispatch rider that he is at the front of my house. Though i wasn't home, my brother received the package for me at no fee at all
