radeke2017: Hmm. it is well, May God favour her. I am a living testimony of rejection in Aug 2019 and PPR Oct 2019. Mine reason was for POF though. As Graciouswords as suggested and others as well, please do. I was sending webform everyday with much apology , begging and I attached supporting document to correct the said error, I was also sending mails daily to available email address that I know are in charge of PR application I also called IRCC to challenge them that I was not given opportunity to defend my self as written in their law that procedural fairness should be allowed when an officer is in doubt and the applicant should be given chance to explain any area in which the officer needs more clarity I did this continuously daily for almost two weeks and backed it up with prayer and fasting. Application was reconsidered and they officially requested new documentation and gave us 7 days to respond. We did and PPR came. After my approval , I ordered my notes and saw that the VO was changed for the reconsideration and it was stated in the GCMS notes that my rejection was due to officer error. Never lose hope: make sure you do it right now, address the error, prepare new letters and start sending both webform and email daily. back it up with prayer and they would respond. God's favour all the way 20 Likes |

Favouriteguy: Hi. Ages 28, 29 and 30 are excellent. However, after 30, 5points will be deducted from her CRS for each additional year. I.e If she turns 31, 5points will be deducted from her CRS and so on. OND and HND is great. She will need to max out IELTS as well and may need to consider writing TEF to boost her CRS cos the FSW draws are predicted to start with very high CRS (maybe 500, no one knows for sure) Asides FSW, she can also use the provincial nomination route (PNP, OINP etc) that requires a relatively low CRS. Lots of info on this on page one. Cheers |

Hi guys, So I’m planning to use NOC4012: Post Secondary Teaching and research assistants as my primary NOC. During my Masters, I worked for one year as a research assistant, however the hours per week wasn’t specified in my contract. I know that I need to have worked 30hrs/week in a year, totaling 1560hrs which in hindsight, I think I must have been at my work station for 6hours in a day from Mon-Fri. I can get my advisor to write me the reference letter and can write that I worked 30hrs/week. Now, I don’t know whether this will raise any doubts as I asked my other friends in other schools and they said their RA/TA jobs during their Masters was 15-20 hours. I’m worried 30hours work for a full time Masters student might not fly. |

Vousmevoyez: [s]did you work as an RA in Nigeria or outside? If Nigeria, i'll say carry on. If the RA was outside Nigeria and per adventure you get an ADR sometime in the near future, can your payslip corroborate the 30hrs work claim. Also to consider is can you claim full time employment on a student visa. [/s] I'm probably overthinking this thing and the answer to your question is Yes it can fly as long as you can submit a reference letter to that effect. |

Can I pls get clarification for this. I have 4 years experience spread across 3 NOCs, but for my primary NOC, I selected 0213. My problem is that my primary NOC 0213 was for only 6 months, will this fly? (There’s a caveat to have 1 year minimum so I’m confused if they mean the total years of work experience or per NOC). |

Thank you very much. Page one must be visited rigorously. PNP and OINP is something to also look out for. My only concern is knowing what provinces need. MrPein: |

Hello, the e-families. My wife axed her IELTS exam as she got the result today. But I need your view on this matter. Currently, our CRS score sum up to 455, and she has registered for her TCF exam coming up in a couple of months now. 1. Do you suggest that we wait till she gets her TCF result before we proceed to set up our EE profile? 2. I have watched a demo on YouTube to know how to set up an EE profile but I learnt that once you have set up the profile and submitted it online, it can't be edited to update anymore, unless one deletes that profile, and start to create a new profile afresh. So, if we create the profile and later plan to add her TEF result, how can one go about to update his/her profile to claim more points. Thank you. 3 Likes

Considering TEF but not in the mood to spend money until IRCC resumes draws. I doubt my 490 will be enough when the draws start. What do you guys think? |
