personally, I think if he ain't employed he should take the job, d Experience would be good on his CV when he is lands his next job..Also d money would go a long way..It's better than seating around doing nothing..... Anyways if uts a top agency, especially those that encourage thier staff to progress, upgrade would be easy....But if NA paramilitary, DO NOT WASTE TIME unless u know somebody who knows somebody... cause, they would even tell u during documentation they won't accept anything above d level of certificate u applied for... meaning na for NCO u go retire

I was told the same thing, that the list is ready just waiting for Chairman’s approval.
The guy said he doesn’t expect it to exceed June. We wait and see.
