Most of the blue buttons (live chat) don't really know much, same as SH and other platforms. Just fill in your dollar account details and choose dollar as the currency you want to withdraw. And concerning the preposterous official rate, it is our people that are reaping us off. If you choose to withdraw in naira those merchants will pay you 420 per dollar, not even banks buy that worse.

Thanks. I also contacted them in which they replied with FAQs concerning gateway issues, that I was either using VPN or paying from location different from my address, this and that...

To cut everything short, I don't like stress, I quietly transfered to another registrar and rest.
