Ok simple and short I registered a Payoneer account long ago. Now the email I used to do the registration was lost to a scammer, it doesn't have 2factor authentication so I lost it completely, after he changed d password.

So recently I wanted to start Kdp, after I tried creating a new Payoneer account with another email, I got banned, when I explained to their customer service, they still ended up referring to my old lost email.
Kdp is also not allowing to post any book without payment details, hence my question


If you know another payment system I can successfully use to withdraw on Kdp or how I can resolve the above I will happily part with 2k to appreciate thank you

You have 3 names on your ID cards, so you will open a new email account , then clear your cookies, before you start, now open a Payooner account with your surname and the second name you haven't use opening the first account. Your account will be save and won't be locked.

I just tried it, they were about to identify the account. I guess from the national Id.
