My Samsung galaxy tab A and Sony xperia Z ultra fell inside water and remained there for 4 days before rescue. I have taken the TabA to 4 phone engrs but they couldn't repair. I'm having a serious issue with my phone Tecno Pouvoir 4 (LC7). The charging point has been giving me serious problem. After using this phone for a year, the phone charging point got spoilt and since then, I did not enjoy my phone anymore
This is the 6th times I'll be repairing the charging point with 5 different engineers
And now it has spoil again I don't even know what to do again. But I haven't take it to calcare before.
Pls any engineer who have an idea to what I can do, I'll really appreciate it. The thing is, if I use a new charger with it (or a charger that I've never use for it before)it will charge,but with time it will still stop working with it.

Pls, there is this infinix hot 5, in which mtn sim work only for browsing but cannot be used for call. However, airtel worked for call but cannot be connected for browsing.
Pls ,what is the possible problem?
Ps: the responsibility when trying to make call with mtn is "connection problem..." while the airtel is not bringing that signal strength at all.
I'll really appreciate if anyone who has idea help.

you might want to check the phone's imei number to see if it's invalid or not. most times, that's the issue. if there's no imei number, the device will find it hard to connect to network. just dial *#06# to confirm. if it shows, then it's probably your network antenna havin issue, but if it shows invalid or null, then you need to write your imei number back.

Its currently switched off, but whenever I try to turn it back on it just shows the infinix logo and goes off again, and it repeats the process of "show logo, switch off, turn on, show logo, switch off,turn on..." Till I force it to shutdown.
I've tried doing a hard reset but an error pops up whenever I try that,

Please what could be the problem and are there any tips for repairing it?
