If you choose virtual interview and got the link, there is a place for you to respond your availability for the interview at the said time. I think it is wise to respond so the ptdf team can prepare your meeting ahead of time.

Note to all.. For my interview, The professional membership and not certificate o thing is key and you must ensure you have the ID number on anyone you have...to ensure that you are a paid member to this society. One of the bad ass guy interviewer really hammered on this, though no further questions asked.

I HONESTLY dont have an answer for you,but what i suggest you do is,try and get some1 that is close to ur documents ,tell that person to scan the required documents and send it to u, most likely they might ask for a soft copy. NOTE this is just a suggestion ,just try and contact anyone who has had a virtual interview

Later I checked portal, it was changed to 1st day of interview using virtual mode .
When they sent Microsoft Teams to me , another time but I logged in very early before the scheduled time.
Is possible they have many candidates they are attending to online.
Your soft certificates are already with them so when u get the scholarship, your hardcopies must be produced.

Any documents you need to present make them in soft copies and present them on collaboration online session. Simple,

Do u have any Masters applicant who has journal papers who is not in academics/lecturing ?

Was it network issue or u were disconnected from the session?

It wasn't a mail that was sent. It changed on my PTDF page.

The 1st mail for June 1 by 2pm noted that a link will be sent in due course. I later realised that the interview date was changed to May 31 by 10:30am on my portal with no further mail or link to that effect.

I have a publication and am not lecturing, at least not yet

My Visual Interview was Slated on May 31st 10.30am, which no link have been sent since then, It has changed to May 23rd 5pm, which means interview date passed,and there was no link sent till now. What is the best action to take. I have checked my Inbox and Spam messages, no link sent by PDTF team.

If you have done, kindly share us the link it is very possible it is the same link

Please those that have done their virtual interviews should pls send the link that was sent to them. As Wrydwahn said, it is likely the link is the same.

All these virtual interview wahala! Hhhmm! I hope you guys are safe. Right from the beginning I foresee all these problems. And the worst part of it is that PTDF hardly respond to enquiry. May you be able to sort it out guys.

Hi guys,

I did my virtual interview on 23rd and I have the following to say:

My interview date was initially 1st June but on 20th of May, I received a meeting link with a new interview date as 23rd May by 7pm. However my portal had the time as 5pm

To be on the safe side, I tried joining the meeting from 5pm till 6pm but couldn't as teams kept displaying a message *that the meeting hasn't started*. By exactly 7pm, I clicked on the link and was allowed into the meeting 2 minutes later.

-Well I don't know if it counts but I declared my availability for the meeting by selecting the YES option on the invite.
-Also from my experience you can only access the meeting at your given date and time.
-I wasn't asked to present any documents though I had them ready
-Lastly, the meeting was actually for 10 minutes
