Biden's party would very much love to pass a law that would stop this.

The problem is passing a gun control law that would satisfy every party and group in the USA is a hard issue.

Obama tried to pass a law. He not only lost in the American congress, some people from his party even voted against the law....because they come from states where owning a gun is a way of life, and if they voted on gun ban, they would be voted out of office.

Many other countries don't have that issue.

There is a lot of regulation (you commit a crime, you cannot buy a gun, background checks, etc)...but the problem is, some shooters had no criminal or mental health issues in their background, before they decided to commit the crime of mass murder.Unless the authorites can mind read people, there is no way someone who wants to shoot people for no cause can be stopped.

Also, there are probably a lot of 18 year olds in the USA who use and own guns. Don't think about using them to kill people tho.

No US president has the sole power to regulate guns in the country. They always have powerful people who stop them
