They charged me #530 , mine is exactly 24 hours have not seen a telex yet.

Concerning that rate self...its like they don't use exact oanda rate. They seem to always be 20ngn different per Pound. Or am I wrong?
I don't know about that, I was charged at 523 using Zenith Bank

What do you mean if they have debit the pounds
check your Zenith app and slide left you'll see a new "FX allocation" account for your FX. They will credit it and then debit it later.

Hello nairalanders, please an agent said student visa fee with his dependents will be paid individually(I.e each person will pay same fee) which I know it’s not so because I have checked online and I have also made enquiries from some people.

Send them and email and call them to provide the ticket ID. You have to aggressively follow them up with calls so they can schedule it and send you details via email.

If it is for the Abuja centre u can book with another email or better still, call their customer care for them to send you a reschedule mail with ticket ID.
but if it is for the Lagos chapter, booking appointment online presently is ‘On God’, however you might be lucky if their customer care will pick ur call to rectify it or respond to ur mail.

Did you cancel an appointment before? the error mostly happens to those who cancelled and want to rebook that might not be your case tho. Ways to go about this

1. Try to book in the midnight
2. send all your details to their mail for them to book, if no response keep calling their line till they pick
2. Change the number 0 to letter o on your passport number, if it works, on the day of your appointment inform them you need to change your passport number( take along your passport)
3.Go to their office for physical booking, get there early the queue builds fast
4.If you cancelled an appointment, they give an option to either reactivate your cancelled date or book another date

Hello everyone. Please I need your advice.
I have not withdrawn or made any deposit on the account I want to print the statement (no activity in two months), but the account is active and has enough money for my proof of fund.
Now, a friend of mine said there has to be recent activity on the account before I can print and use it. She said I should either recharge my phone through the account or withdraw/ deposit little amount (5or 10k) before printing my statement.
Please how true is this?
NB: the account is a savings account and I have been saving for my post graduate studies in it for a long time.

Yeahh I experienced same but I kept dialing and dialing, it connects and rings eventually, the 4 lines alternatively. Just keep trying.

If it’s saying you have an active appointment then maybe it wasn’t actually deleted. What date are you trying to change and move to?
