That is a skin ulcer, this could be a result of diabetes, poor blood flow or pressure. Ulcers can poison the blood. Go to the hospital ASAP

Best counsel, a wound biopsy and histology of the tissue will explain why this ulcer has refused to heal. The early you do this, the better for you. Make an effort to see a Plastic surgeon or Dermatologist to expert review and care.

Op Cakkie has been ignoring to share how he got the wound right from the first thread. Sir if you don't share the causative agent how do we give you the right treatment

In addition to applying raw organic honey, find a way to have it elevated while you sleep. This will help it drain and heal. If you lay on your back place arm on a pillow in such a way that your elbows is raise higher than your chest. Good luck!
