So 8 months is not easy, but 24 months as pearls talk easy? Ask some guys on rental if they have not been able to pay 25k to their owners in 8 months without default. Let's experiment these things than just throwing words.

And about money, abeg how many weeks apc take raise 2.1 billion? I'll advice you change your circle or you start doing good, because it pays to be good. Not boosting, God has been faithful. I no say better human scare, but inside the bad ones, we still meet the good ones. I repeat again change your circle.

If the civic still have 1st body, good transmission, good underneath and suspension. Load the pix and get your money today.

You still don't get my point, do you?

Anyways, make I send my aza? All those things you mentioned are in good conditiongrin

No no no all those car tag and driver badge have been abolished.
Its double taxation, why will I get drivers licence, Lasdri and driver tag again
Why will I do road worthiness, hackney permit and still do car badge again.
It was argued and the Governor cancelled those two.
But as for Lasdri and Hackney Permit, u will have to present them, if and if it is established u r doing ehailing. Even these two were paused but u know naija now, corruption and overzealous officers coupled with difficulty to get legal representation.
Good to hear

Sorry okay, even me ma I don't know that one way a lot of people have talked about around that axis, I know that area very well but I've failed to identify the one way there.

Always windup your glasses each time you drive and don't easily give up when they try to stop or arrest you. Escape if you can. Look out for signs and ask questions from your riders especially in areas you're not familiar with.
thank you boss. If there were signs, I am so sure I would not have fallen victim. Because I always look at the entrance of every street for any signs sef. About attempting to run, they always abruptly pull up in your front. They just double cross you with their patrol van. Anyway, Thank you boss

6am to 9pm,
6days weekly
In his first month as newbie he should keep 200k aside to settle for one way
Then another extra money to settle other MOT, lasma and other law enforcement agencies... So give and take no much profit in the first 3months.

It's learning period he must enter way unknowing, not avoidable at all.

No driver can boldly tell me he hasn't pay any money to these guys in the last 2yrs of driving ehailing in Lagos.

Bolt scammed me of my 2400 bonus today.

A rider booked and I got to her desk and picked her. Less than 5 minutes int the trip, she received a call that her appointment has been canceled.

She then asked me to turn and take her back to where I picked her. Immediately I ended the trip, bolt turned my app offline and never charged the rider.

This means, it rated the trip as "never happened" and dropped my completion and acceptance rate.

My next trip after that was a trip to Yaba from Lekki Phase 2. With all the traffic that made the trip last over 1 hour, 30 minutes, bolt charged the rider 3500. They couldn't believe it but they paid the exact amount and left.

This is the reason I couldn't take more trips to cove for the effect.

Sorry man, that can be very painful. As someone that pursues bonus aw well, I know how u feel.
When pursuing bonus, accept all trips so that one slip like this, error, missed trip or phone hanging will not cost u ur freebie.

This one too must be glitch

You forgot to add or the rider is just being stupid. This thing is simple, no one is under duress to pick such trip. Let him be there, he honestly don't have anywhere to go.

The only thing I hate about Indriver, so riders know the right thing, they will waste driver's time till they are ready. Another is the way some reject offer and one driver will just come from no where and pick it. Drivers should have a price on mind of the sanity for the business, don't just pick trips, no matter the excuse.

I Intentionally quote this for future reference.

So in ur relaxed, flexing and lazy state u still Net 70k weekly on Indriver alone o.
But if I say fulltime and hardworking drivers can Net 100k weekly, it will be misinformation.
Make una no worry, small small all d secrets u guys are keeping will come out in the open. But God will not forgive u guys for constantly discouraging people here while u r making it.
U and Bazoo have been exposed. The rest is a matter of time.
Except u add caveat say na cruise u dey wen u r debasing my arguments.

There was no time I said driver can't do 100k weekly. My reality with you is drivers can't do 20k everyday on Bolt. Life is a roller coaster, so they should put that in mind. New drivers are facing it as you can see, it is a learning and very frustrating process. If they are not strong the pressure will break them. On Monday I parked at Jibowu, this council boys pulled over in front of me and he saw my face. He was trying to tell me to calm down while approachin the car. I just told the rider to shut the down, while I lock it, put my car on reverse, anything in my way? You know the answer. I enter that ABC road, make a turn back to Jibowu from Waec. Rider was just looking at me as if I am not normal. No time menh

I think there's one they call body tag, you have to paste that on your car. They once arrested a driver who has the tag but didn't paste it, he paid a fine of 20k so I heard. The same amount someone who doesn't have the tag at all would pay so no difference.

Drivers should learn to claim private. They did it to a friend and he paid 40k. They guy just exit driving for pure water business straight.

It's no news that this ehailing business is not sustainable in the long run.

Endless extortions, bad health, reducing the lifespan of your car, annoying riders, you name it.

But I'm sure you guys already know this.

So I'll advice anyone who cares to listen to use your earnings from ehailing to learn in-demand digital skills.

You can use these skills to get foreign jobs either as a freelancer or a full-time staff.

There are tons of them like:

Copywriting
Content writing
UI/UX design
Cloud computing
Software development
Data science
Video editing
Front-end development
Mobile app development

Learning any of these skills can get you at least $500 - $1000 monthly from the comfort of your bed (you know how much dollar to naira is now)

But it's not a walk in the park. You have to be put in time and effort if you want to succeed.

I do copywriting/content writing for foreign clients.

And it's literally one of the easiest skills you can learn compared to coding.

Once you've acquired the skills, the next thing is to find clients. And the more experience you have the higher you charge.

Don't want to make this post too long but if you want to learn more about writing online, kindly click on the link in my signature.

And if you have questions, please feel free to ask.

My 2 Cents

Have a blessed day guys!

Liar liar... when did I say a driver must make 20k every blessed day? That must have caused a stir, show me.

I am sure you understand averages, means and approximations. U guys should stop chasing after irrelevances, na all those garbage dey make this thread long.

Simple statement like "a driver can Net 100k weekly" and the whole thread will be in commotion, both the people that don't understand simple English and the ones that are not fit to drive 2hrs straight will start talking arrant nonsense.

Exactly the same thing happening to me...
I no lie chief but before that 3 months man fit frustrate.. I dn tire I no go lie for you... I no come out today tomorrow sef I dey my house though I wn go do my lasdri tomorrow.

Let me.dhare a secret because no matter how experience you're you can't avoid been caught because human are bind to commit some silly mistakes.

The only times I go out early is when I've early morning offline to pick up. So what I do is I don't start early. Most times 11am/1pm
Sometimes I start by 4pm.

Mondays are always volatile everybody has spent all the money during the weekend so sometimes I don't even go out unless I've a good off-line.

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays are my best days for work less volatile for law enforcement agencies...

Mondays, Tuesdays morning 8am till 1pm and Fridays all day they're very active I believe you know why so don't expect me to waste my energy explaining.

Know these things and know peace, some of these days I do trips to places like Marina and park anywhere without being harass self but I don't dare try it on those bad days.

So the business requires experience, patience and good knowledge on how things work

Free roads, one way, and no AC is their compensation

The wisdom is "operate in areas you are familiar with". You won't have much issues on the island - ikoyi proper, V. I, Lekki Phase 1 and 2.
.
Some drivers were born n bred in Lagos Island, they grew up as young kids playing ball across neighborhoods. Now, you can't compare the knowledge of such a driver when Lagos Island trips pop up to someone who is just a settler (lives and works) in Lagos.

that means you will have to be cancelling trips that take you to areas you are not familiar with and that will affect the driver's score I guess
