Rochas was not arrested for interrogation, he was arrested because he repeatedly failed to appear in court for his trial and the judge ordered the EFCC to produce him in court. He has already been interogated and charged but repeatedly failed to attend court. He jumped bail so he is under arrest and will remain under arrest so that the EFCC can produce him in court for his trial whenever that is.

Understand that Rochas was arrested because he jumped bail and failed to appear in court for trial!!!!!! There is nothing to interogate his case is already in court!!!
