Azedolf: It's well. Gods plan are perfect. When did you apply? Order for your GCMS note to address the reason for refusal in your next application. IT WILL END IN PRAISE. 2 Likes |

Azedolf: Don't give up or feel dejected.....na normal thing its only a delay. You would need to address their concern which is your financial situation, try and improve/strengthen on that area. If you have personal asset like a car, land, business, job etc upload them in your next application if you dont have no worries, make sure you give them a good bank statement and/or a letter from your a sponsor with a good bank statement with an affidavit and bank reference letter. It will still end in praise las las 8 Likes |

MightyRance: He said refused based on personal asset and financial status, no need to order for gcms note in my view. The reason cited doesn't warrant ordering a gcms except the applicant submitted substantial evidence proving a good financial situation and asset, then the gcms note would unravel their main reason. But if the applicant feels the financial documents provided is not strong enough to convince the VO, then the best thing to do is to address their concern in the next application and it will be approved. Besides, the time it would take for gcms note to be out is enough to submit even if na two applications lol. It's well 1 Like |

Yes I have most of this personal asset like car, land and house but I don't include it in my application cuz I don't have a physical business, I deal with crypto trading spot but doing the time I applied market was down so I go for agent to provide me financial sponsor to support the fund I have available So now I don't know how to treat that maybe I sponsor myself, look for money to put in my acct as I have a good turnover and include my personal asset, please any advice on this Blessed451: 1 Like |

Yes I think the financial document is not enough and there's no asset included before.. Blessed451: |

iTS WELL. IT'S JUST A TEMPORARY DELAY. YOU MAY WISH TO ORDER YOUR GCMS NOTE, ADDRESS THE EXACT CONCERNS AND REFIRE. I had the same refusal reason in my 1st application. i was so discouraged, i cried and put myself together and reapplied. Azedolf: 2 Likes |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by ShowYoung: 10:40am On May 26, 2022 |
Blessed451: Please let him order GCMS notes; sometimes, it is not what we think may be the cause actually is the cause. I have seen someone denied based on the fact that the bank account statement the applicant submitted was over compressed, hence making the VO not able to view the statement of account; due to this, the VO cited "personal and financial asset" as the cause of the denial. Also, someone has been denied visa due to personal and financial asset because the applicant was not able to successfully prove the link between him and the sponsor. In short, these major or primary reasons are not stated in the refusal letter. Reasons for financial and personal asset are many but are simple to tackle. From the trend, most of the people refused based on personal and financial asset got their PPR on their next application. 8 Likes |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by CornOak(m): 10:50am On May 26, 2022 |
Azedolf: There lies the answer. The agent probably used a third party sponsor with no link to you at all. You should be happy that he didn't submit a doctored document which would have led to misrepresentation and consequently a 5-year ban. Start repackaging your application while waiting for your GCMS note to be released. Be strong, you shall testify soon. 3 Likes 1 Share |

I want to study in canada but i would like to first visit and come back then decide if i want to study there or seek another country. I have a paying Job - ( 9 to 5 ) I little home of mine (Not Rented) A family, wife and daughter A registered company (Not so Big) I invest in the Nigerian Stock Exchange I am a Graduate in one of the Nigerian University I own a small car, and a few landed properties I have hand work - I can build Aluminum windows and Doors apart from my white collar job - 5Years of Apprenticeship down the drain. Basically i live my life off asset rather than cash I have a friend in canada, more than 10years of friendship that she even offered to house me for free if i ever make it to canada either for visit or for studies. but we are not related, just pure friendship, we do video calls once in a while, she's willing to help in anyway she can as she knows my family gan, like we've been friends for that long - YES! what is the best step to take to visit this canada and reduce my chance of being rejected. please if you are an agent, i use God name take beg you, stay away from me, una don do one of my guy bad thing wey make me fear una pass Satan sef, i would appreciate an open advise or perhaps send my email for a private advise, but i will not be happy dealing with a visa agent. PS: This is my first time ever trying to secure a canadian visa., would you advise i just shoot for the Study visa directly or first apply for a tourist visa to find out if canada is the right fit for me for studies and life after Nigeria. Pleas you guys should come through for me, another 8years in Nigeria with election by the corner no even dey sweet my body. Azedolf:Men! You should have submitted those personal asset of yours during the waiting immediately your eligibility commenced. Like I said earlier on, we must not leave things to chances. Me I had to go and get and get whatsapp screenshots of me n my third party sponsor dating back to 2020, 2021, and my 2022 where he even sent me his new apartment that he newly built in PH. Initially I submitted my only my land allocation and offer letter from estate company , but last 3 days I had to include purchasing receipt, application receipts, general C of O given to me by the estate company and survey plan, and I had to include my dad’s land property and one bedroom apartment on that land with a gift deed showing that he gave it to me and i sent the land documents and c of O through webform. We must continue to seal up everywhere the lacuna make likely come up. It is painful to wait for like 5 months and then one is denied because of small things like asset, and others. When I applied initially, my sponsor didn’t send any money into my account, but after waiting for like 5 months and my eligibility commenced, I had to send an updated bank statement and proof fund and this time I made sure my sponsor paid 2.4 million naira into my account and he sent me the payment slip which I included in the webform. It is well sir . Just reapply again addressing the issue these concerns 1 Like |

Hello everyone, please I need you all input. I applied for visiting in 2019 but I was refused and the agent I used sent me the refusal letter. I applied for study visa since Jan 2022 and I'm yet to get a decision. However, I did biometric in 2019 but I was sent another biometric request letter again in Feb, so I had to redo the biometric. Now, I discovered the refusal letter that the agent gave me doesn't have a date. Could it be I was banned and the agent tailored the letter? These thoughts have been on my head for few days now. Please help me. What can I do? |

Azedolf: Even if you want to apply for gcms note fine but I can guarantee you that what you will see in the note will just be big big grammar on your financial situation, so whilst you are at it apply again with a good financial statement or sponsor like I explained earlier, if you do your home work well I bet you, you will get your PPR even before your gcms note will be out 2 Likes |

+- ShowYoung: I get your point but the applicant himself knows where he missed it hence the reason cited, his case is not difficult to address. Besides, just as VO's varies in their assessment, every applicant situation is different too, that's why I don't like making reference to other people situation, it's better to deal with your own case. He has already told us an agent helped him with his financial document and perhaps did something fishy I know people who have addressed their simple generic reason and before their gcms came out they got their PPR, I only subscribe to gcms note in cases which seem to be complicated like giving 2 or 3 generic reasons for a refusal or if the applicant feels the VO is wrong in their assessment |
