Is anyone going to UWE Bristol, I applied on Sunday, and I got an unconditional offer today. I'm a bit confused now about the accommodation aspect.

I'm the applicant with a family of 5 (husband & kids), is it a must we pay for their UWE arranged accommodation?, if Yes, can we pay for just a month or 2 for us to settle in?.

To be safe, anyone with a gap should just prepare relevant documents on standby just incase it is requested for

Anyone with a gap from 5years should submit relevant documents to avoid NSF

Your tier 2 sponsorship category has lesser restrictions. There is no restriction to pursue a university degree while you're on tier 2. However, you must consider that you need to be doing full time work if you're on tier 2. And depending on individual university, they will only offer part time studies to students with settles stays. Your tier 2 visa is not in the settled category. Having said that, like i said, its down to individual university to make that call.

In summary, from a HO perspective, you're not breaking any lay and it doesn't impact on your status in any way or the future applications of your dependents.
From the school perspective, it depends on the individual school if they want to take you on a tier 2 visa to their part time study. the reason why they will say no most times is part time studies can drag for more than 2 years, so what happens if you dot have a visa for the remaining period of your study?
I'm not sure if any school will be willing to take you on a full time study when they know you're on a tier 2 visa category.

I have been out of job since 2018 been doing business but not registered...I submitted CV to get my unconditional offer on my CV from 2018 till present its self employed, so the school asked me what I was doing as a self employed and I told them that was when they issued my unconditional offer..Please my question is will only my CV be enough or is it advisable I register my business now before I submit my application? If additional documents are requested for, then you can provide your business registration documents

Being a newly registered business shouldn't be an issue for student visa,it might be for visit visa though.

No you don't need to upload the refusal documents
The same applies to the UK visa, declaring and putting comments/additional information where required is sufficient
