Ah ah... Na which kind judgement be this, how and wetin the guy wan take pay the damages? Peter V. Peter. Our court system is one of the major problems bedevilling us as a nation. The day we can get it right with the judiciary, a foundation would have been built upon which every other block/concrete of progress can be placed one at a time for a truly developing and to-be prosperous nation. This judgement was obviously influenced and hatched by the plaintiff's wife right from the lower courts up to the Supreme court and supported by all the presiding judges who sided with her by taking the defendant's comments as an insult to them all and their profession. Modified: For those of you following the bandwagon to spew trash about my comment and further threaten me with the defamation shiit. Now listen, since you lots have a brain yet can't use it for yourself. What sense does it mean to you that defamation of character now carries way much more sentence than defamation of your collective wealth/purse a.k.a corruption? Make una try dey use una head sometimes. Even when you stand alone in a reasoning, it doesn't mean you are crazy or silly. Think out of the box. Rubbish. 23 Likes 5 Shares |

Dawan will soon declare bankruptcy....all the monies he made from NIMASA is about to take flight. Next time he will think twice before running to the press to make unguarded publications. That's how he will appear on radio programmes and be making all kind of unfathomable accusations and allegations. I trust Odili, he will pay every dime of that judgement, nonsense and ingredient. 6 Likes |

Justice Odili is using her position in the supreme Court very well. The judiciary in Nigeria is as corrupt as the executive /legislative arms of government. I'm a party to a case that was entered into since Sept 2021, its been adjournment upon adjournment. It's either the judge is sick, on official assignment or have too much to handle. 16 Likes 3 Shares |
