makano: Hi, Makano. Thank you for the input. I've already tried the MP route. 3/4 responded but none were willing to help since I wasn't an indigene nor current inhabitant of Ottawa. Instead, I had my friend reach out on my behalf and his MP contacted IRCC during April. They gave the typical computerized response of how my eligibility was under review and I wasn't satisfied so I ordered my GCMS file only to find out I've passed eligibility since last year. My issue seems to be the medical. I was referred for a sputum test last year and it came with a 2 month wait. Rounded everything up since February and the last time my file was worked on was Feb 22 when my visa officer moved it to the Central Unit For Medical Admissibility. I'll take the advice and send multiple emails beginning tonight. Hope something changes soon. |

Hello All For those of you waiting for so long(not those that applied last month or 2 months ago) for a final decision from IRCC, find below the format that have been working for my applicants.. Make sure you send this mail 8 - 10 times everyday (If you really want a response from IRCC) And please avoid Plagiarism, do not copy and paste. Edit and re-edit and re-edit and re-edit constructively.. There you go. Dear Visa Officer, I am so sorry for the numerous emails. It is not my intention to send you numerous emails but due to the need to make ample preparation. I have many responsibilities as a xxxxxxxxxx to make adequate preparation for my family in Nigeria before I leave to complete my studies at xxxxxxxxxx. I also have deadlines to meet to be eligible for the co-op placement at school scheduled to start xxxxxxxx and my physical presence is mandatory to partake of this as a pre-requisite to the course which I have completed 50% in my country home Nigeria. Lastly, I belong to a residential association which I have to make preparations to hand over my duties to my assistant which I would need ample time ahead before resumption in first week in xxxxxxxxxxx. I hereby appeal to you as a honorable member of IRCC in Nairobi, Kenya to assist in finalizing my study permit application. I am hopeful that as soon as this application is finalized there will be no need for me to keep sending this emails. Please also note that I got a medical request on xxxxxxxxxx which was passed on xxxxxxxxxxx and I also got a biometrics validity letter on the xxxxxxxxxxx but no follow up email on decision since then. I look forward to your next line of actions to enable me prepare ahead . Thank you Full name: Buhari Jonathan Osibanjo UCI: xxxxxxxxxxxx Application number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx It will surely end in praise for you all.. Peace 34 Likes 9 Shares |

kinkyhead: I don't understand. Five different emails? What could one possibly write about these clear cut applications that'll be different 5 times? Or is it that you're sending the same thing in five places? I'm a little confused. 1 Like |

Thanks to everyone here for your inputs. I would loved to know if the money in your statement of account must still be there after submitting your POF? I mean can you withdraw it out for other business usage or does visa officer visit the account from time to time during the awaiting period?. 2 Likes |

Naso them jobless reach?lol Anyways , I doubt they have time to be visiting account “from time to time” o . From what I’ve read here, when your eligibility starts, they’ll just confirm the duration you submitted and if the statement is genuine. I don’t know if they confirm after the date you presented . Except they haven’t attended to your application in months , then they can ask you to submit an updated account statement. RayOFLife: 1 Like |

But how about by the time they request for an updated one say in a month time after submission and you've already transferred the money out of the account into another business venture. What will be the fate and how can you remedy that? |

Good morning people, Something shocking just happened on my page this evening. As at 25th - 26th/05/2022 I saw a ghost update of medical being passed and status reading, last update MAY 25, 2022. Only for me to login to check this evening and I saw that it has been changed back to we do not need your medical exam. And last update returned to March 04, 2022. Application was submitted February 04 Biometrics completed 04-03-2022 Nothing else has been done. Please has this ever happened to someone before? What do you advise I do ASAP |

loohlaah: I don't really think there's anything you can do but wait. I've seen people post about this in the past and it was just right before they got an ACTUAL update. It's definitely a glitch on IRCC's part and typically just means your application is being worked on. 2 Likes |
