Since Peter Obi announced his defection to Labour Party, there has been a deluge of followers besieging the website to register their membership. This surge in followers activities have grinded the website to a halt. Labour party have work to do in order to accommodate the sudden growth. Peter Obi's unalloyed supporters are crossing over. PDP might be at a huge disadvantage as a result of this. 21 Likes 1 Share

Peter Obi's followers are like Buhari's followers. They both have cult followership which means wherever they go, their supporters are ready to go with them and as a matter of fact, their supporters are ready to cross any red line for them. They are genuinely loved by their supporters. In Nigeria only the two of them have that kind of support and genuine love; the other politicians are followed based on interest/gain. Know this and know peace. 13 Likes 2 Shares |

kollinz1234: In the last election with Peter Obi on the ballot as VP to Atiku, the SE gave Pdp 21.7% out of the total number of registered voters in the SE. I am wondering how that will change with the madness of Kanu and Ekpa. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Esseite: To win elections in Nigeria, you need A. Money B. Structure C. Strong followership You can't win with only 1. You need money and either B or C. For example, Buhari contested for Presidency severally and lost because he had only C. He didn't have A and B. It was when he went into partnership with those who had A and B that he finally won. Peter Obi's first election as Anambra Governor, it was Chris Uba who took care of A and used A to get B. If not, Peter Obi won't have won. His second term was as a result of A, B and C which he got by virtue of incumbency. It will be delusional to think that Peter Obi will go anywhere without A and B. Votes that win elections are not on twitter. 3 Likes |

There is always this diatribe when it comes to Peter Obi. That election doesn't hold on the internet. This is true for now. What is also true is that advanced countries are leveraging internet to make the voting process easier. It goes to show that Nigeria will be at that level one day. What is also true is that a stark illiterate cannot and most likely does not use social media. So if majority of the people on social media are swinging one way, you can agree that the educated have spoken. 1 Like |

Basic123:Look for a healthy & credible candidate that has the quality of Mr Obi if Nigerians will not follow him wherever he goes like a bee. We are not all deluded to vote for a sick, frail and old man that will turn out like Buhari who always visit London hospital due to old age and failing health condition. Nigeria is bigger than the life time ambition of one man . We have suffered enough ..what is it ? Are we cursed to always vote in old and sick men into Aso rock ? Pls vote for your Tinubu and let us be. Bring an Osibanjo,if we will not vote for him a thousand time over that old sick man . You eat the crump's of bread from his table today and you start crying few years later due to his failure to lead the country well because he is busy attending to his health . Why vote for someone that has early stage of parkistine disease when you can vote for another intelligence, credible and viable younger person ? . 2 Likes |

omoharry:I beg go and sleep Is Peter obi a 25yr old man?....a 60yr old man.thats a geriatric patient category already and osinbajo is 65yrs. So all this Tinubu is old to bring him down compare to obi and osinbajo doesn't add up. Secondly, what if your supposed healthy òbi and osinbajo get there and start getting sick?...I am very sure you will not call for their resignation?...hypocrites I don't always see someone demonizing Tinubu and eulogising osinbajo as a good person as a reasonable person because Osinbajo is nothing without Tinubu,..secondly, Osinbajo is part of this current failure which Tinubu(A sidelined person ) is completely not. Deep inside you ,your sentiment against Tinubu is due to the role he played to defeat PDP in 2015 ,being a muslim and when he was supporting Christians to become something, they didn't know he was a Muslim then and the normal hatred for Awolowo transfered to him. ARGUE WITH YOUR KEYBOARD I AM DONE WITH AN HATE FILLED HYPOCRITE LIKE YOU! |
