The sides of the bench can be used to do bicep curls, shoulder exercises. It has parts for legs and thighs building. It's multipurpose.

I finally read up to page 100. I posted a little bit of my experience here about 3 days ago before I started reading the thread properly.

While, some people here are just pure misogynists for reasons unknown to me. I believe that redpill should be about yourself, your confidence, when you don't give a care about free pvssies. Just being who you are.

I have come to the conclusion of love. There's nothing like unconditional love, the best love you'll get is from maybe your mother and sisters.

A woman will only love you in the moment to fulfill what ever she needs, though, unconsciously known to her.

Women are attracted to confidence and power. Once they see you don't scare, they'll place you high value. It's a man's world against a woman's world. Everyone is for his own selfish interest, though mostly unknowingly.

The moment you find yourself overdoing things for the happiness of a woman and being unhappy, you're simping.
