He noticed the way ETH kept evading him as per face to face meeting. He knows his ideas will not be taken serious he jejely zoomed off to Austria. Don’t ruin this discussion with baseless accusations.

We’re talking about creating a much needed structure at United where any coach that fits minimum requirements will thrive. You’re talking about something else.

ETH will get his chance- that’s a given. But if the squad starts misbehaving. If performance drops and they can’t be arsed to put in the effort, know that the coach is not to be blame 100%.

When a club has a structure that protects underperforming players, that’s what often happens.

If ETH cannot speak out and demand what he needs to succeed, he should resign to leave United. And Rafiu accepting to become Austria's Coach while still on the job at United, tells a story of him not happy United appointed ETH full time instead of him. I believe he wanted the Job full time, but his rubbish performance as interim Manager didn't please the board.

Don't see that eve happening, although we were told he is the Manager of Managers . Someone that called otu Ole for 1hr want to advice ETH on how to manage a team. I am even tempted to dig into Rafiu Managerial career, let me see what his hype was about.

It's not rocket science that we need a good structure and a good manager. Ajax had a good structure and for a while suffered because they good managers they had got poached and they then appointed a wrong one.

For example Peter Bosz took the job in between that 4 years. Had the backing of that structure. They brought in De ligt, VDB, De Jong, Onana and the likes. He got to the Europa league final that year. And before they could build on that, he was poached by Dortmund.

But you know what, because of that structure, most of these players recruited still ended up making a huge mark. They fit in smoothly with Ten Hag when be came in. It didn't even take long to get them firing again.


That's what a great structure does.

I said it here that Rafiu would make a good Director of football, cos he is outspoken and would tell players like Dablord to fvck off. That he failed woefully as an interim manager, doesn't mean he won't succeed as a Director of football. But clearly ETH doesn't want him around, and i don't support the idea of him being a consultant and working full time elsewhere. Let him go and improve Austria's National Team

Ajax’s lowest league position in the last 16 years is 3rd. They finished 2nd in the four years before ETH came in.

That’s not the same as taking a perennial struggler like United to the top in the premier league.

And what’s that about Ajax not having a structure? Lol.

Check the pix I attached. At each board level, they have a former football player or coach. And their board of directors contained two former experienced footballers- VDS and Overmars, who left in February.

Check pic 2. We have John Murtough as our football director. We have a chunk of football oldies as honorary director. We also have Darren Fletcher, who is less experienced than a newbie at the helm of affairs

And you want us to dance all over the street bexause they just lost RR who couldn’t propel an underperforming squad known for underperforming over the years to victory in 6 months as an interim manager?
