I finally filled and submitted my online application for passport.

But I have some questions.
After the whole process, I'm asked to come with the following on my appointment date (check attachment below)

Completed passport application form. (I am a bit confuse here. It wasn't provided and I don't know how I'm going to get it.)

Secondly, please must your GUARANTOR have a passport before being eligible to stand as one.

At this point anybody you give your money for fast track would just use your money chop suya, and be posting you till the normal day of collection come.

Please does the Birth certificate have to be from NPC? I have a State Birth certificate that's over 20+ years i used for everything else. That would be my only problem, everything else can be sorted out.

Don't even waste your money and time paying anyone for fast track unless you're certain they can move mountains.
I'm using an agent to process my fresh passport. I paid 45k initially and an additional 10k after capturing on the 10th of May bringing everything to a total of 55k.
It's been 3 weeks since I captured and the goat of an officer is still telling me that there are no booklets available in Ikoyi passport office. He even had the guts to tell me that I'm disturbing him sef.
At this point, I'm convinced that he's waiting for the six weeks deadline to elapse before calling me.
All these immigration officers won't make heaven.

you can keep logging into the appointmnt portal without changing the date to peep of an earlier date comes up. Immediately you see one, rush in and book it. You must then download the confirmation for the new date otherwise oyo is your name

How do I go about it, should I apply for change of data or just use the passport like that?
If I am to apply for change of data, I am to pay 30k Naira, will the new passport begin with another fresh 5 years or it will continue from the previous? I mean validity!How is the best way to go about it please?

is Jimeta in Yola, if it is then leave it like that. Abi is there another reason why Jimeta has to be inside your passport?

I have seen them accept both at Alausa but I can only speak of Alausa.
