You can safeguard materials on your site, at least here in Omi Adio and Elebu. Raw materials such as sharp sand, granite and plaster sands are not stolen. Especially when behind a fence.

I think this is a good bargain for him. 10 years warranty..so he's going to enjoy power for good 10 years for that amount. That's like ₦870k annually.

Just try and get prices of each projects to be done and pay in advance once the money is there..

But then you need to shine your eyes before you pay money to smooth criminals...

My advice to clients and friends is to stockpile materials. For those with no land to buy two adjoining plots so they can sell one later.

I did something similar (abeit in another estate), right now facing issues with one of the lands.

So they are begging I give them time to sort the issue.. Seems another party got right to the same estate land they sold to us.... A land with C of O that's genuine!

I actually bought this particular land so that when money is needed in bulk, it can be sold to continue pending projects.

Bros what are your experience in those categories you mentioned. Those sockets posted are really expensive. I don't know what materials they are made of, the guy that bought them has a deep pocket, spent over 5million for few electrical accessories alone, wow. By the time he bought all appliances, electronics, he may probably spend another 20millon on those items alone. Bravo to him.

The first thing I did when I saw those electrical sockets was to search them on Alibaba. I saw similar ones , singleS for $8 and double for $15 a piece. Those were the most expensive ones.
Maybe those are not from China to be that expensive

I'm privy to a house like that in Ibadan where the owner went all out. I can see, touch and feel the quality within. Turning on the light is a soothing experience. The switch mechanism is different.

I also bought something similar just this Friday at abayomi iwo road in ibadan and it’s Turkish door made by Anotec . I got it for 160k.
