Criticising the club for not appropriately utilizing the services of one of the best DoFs in football does not mean one wants ETH to fail.

RR invited Paul Mitchell recently to the club but after his visit the club didn't offer him a position and he went to Monaco instead. In my opinion ETH's chances of success would have been better if he was supported by people who have successfully built teams in the past like Rangnick and Mitchell, rather than Fletcher and this Andy O'Boyle who are relative learners.

Lol that structure itself is a support. Have you worked in a company and you want to leave because of the poor structure there? You try to make input and nothing is happening. Even if they’re paying you your salary as at when due, you still won’t feel comfortable staying because of the poor structure

Time will reveal if Fletcher and O'Boyd are bad teachers.

As for that Ragnick, I don't want him near the club. We have coaches that are good with small teams and struggle with big teams. I believe that will be his case if given that role. I doubt if he has brought any current top club from the ashes.

How do you mean by poor structure in the company? United as a company has provided the funds for the manager to carry out his work, especially in this Ole period. Look at our spend. Hmmm
