Pls what about poison, is there any treatment for cats, especially the whiskers do I need to cut it, my cat runs away and hides whenever I want to cut it's whiskers

You don't need to cut the whiskers. I have lived with so many cats as pet, I hug them, they sleep on my bed with me sometimes and play ..I don't see any danger with Thier whiskers. I am rather careful with thier claws.
