How safe the state is?
What sort of business(₦5m budget) to engage in?
Most suitable location for such business?

5m go do you to buy two keke and open store for provision/foodstuff sales.

rent the two (2) keke out with surety and stock your store with staple foodstuff/provisions.

food is expensive there and keke is the primary mode of transport so you will make money.

living around plaza will be ideal because it is the heart of the city and many things will bring you around there or across there, if you live around plaza you can go anywhere you will like to go with ease.

it is more like a mini-area in the middle of uyo. always crowded, and from there to anywhere else will be much easier.

don't worry when you get to uyo, just ask for plaza you will see for yourself.
