So when this person goes to court and the present a picture of the man holding a sign that says 'illegal possession of firearms' is that how the police found the person or is it a fact that the police gave him the sign and told him to hold the gun like that?

In a real country, this would immediately kill the case of the police because the police can make anyone do that. They can pull you from anywhere and say hold this then arrest you and there's nothing you can do about it. So how, in a court of law, do you prove the police officer did not instruct the person to hold these things? Is a police officer telling you to hold something proof you own it? Is owning it proof of crime?

Can't they be shot and killed at the spot ??
