Hello, Your masters is barely 6months if I am correct. With skilled workers visa you need to have 3months left to conclude your masters before you can apply. The HR in the company knows exactly what the criteria is/are, it is also a point based systems on their part with them issuing a COS. You may start working with the company on a part time basis of 20hrs per week and hopefully switch when it is time Cheers Pacypatty: 1 Like |

Hello everyone Please I am new here, I have an conditional admission for September intake with advance payment of 3000 as part of the conditions which I am planning to pay soon. Here goes my questions; 1) what is the exchange rate to pay the advanced fee because according to the school, I can pay online. 2) the other condition is my original neco result and scratch card for verification which I don't know how to go about since I left secondary school in 2007. Please how do I go about this? 3) I was previously denied a US F1 visa, please hope this won't be a problem? 4) apart from the advance payment, please what other payment should I be prepared for. Please I need a breakdown and exchange rate. 5) what documents do I need for visa processing aside from CAS? 6) how do I go about the POF? Duration and amount. do I need to show the pof for deficit of school fees after deducting Advance payment and Scholarship? Can I add it with the maintenance fee to show for visa processing? School fees= 14,850 Advance fee= 3000 Scholarship = 3000 Thanks in anticipation of your response |

[quote author=sniperaz post=113188730]Your tier 2 sponsorship category has lesser restrictions. There is no restriction to pursue a university degree while you're on tier 2. However, you must consider that you need to be doing full time work if you're on tier 2. And depending on individual university, they will only offer part time studies to students with settles stays. Your tier 2 visa is not in the settled category. Having said that, like i said, its down to individual university to make that call. In summary, from a HO perspective, you're not breaking any lay and it doesn't impact on your status in any way or the future applications of your dependents. From the school perspective, it depends on the individual school if they want to take you on a tier 2 visa to their part time study. the reason why they will say no most times is part time studies can drag for more than 2 years, so what happens if you dot have a visa for the remaining period of your study? I'm not sure if any school will be willing to take you on a full time study when they know you're on a tier 2 visa category. i hope this is clear.. The said person who is switching from tier 4 to tier 2 is barely 6months in the UK and the course is for 2years, I'm asking if this person can switch now or not. Thanks |

@duchess90 @Justwise @Gloriyah @Giselle237 Good morning everyone, I got a refusal last week Friday, the ECO highlighted my mistake and now I want to start another POF. My TB certificate will expire July 10 and I would have done my biometrics latest July 3. Do I need to do another TB test or I can still use the current one? Thank you. |

@duchess90 @Justwise @Gloriyah @Giselle237 Good morning. I'm filling out precas and this question came up. How much is advised in Greenwich? How much do you expect to spend in living expenses per week? (e.g an amount to cover food, daily travel, school expenses, phone, socialising etc.) |
