How can you conduct a "Tech Recruitment" without actually going through any form of assessment, coding challenge or review of qualifications?
People just fill a form and somehow you have "candidates you cannot move forward with their application"?

I applied for entry level, internship and techrole, got called for all 3, when taking the internship test here in Lagos, I looked at my entry level score and it was 75 out of 100, so I'm hopeful they will call me, and tech test is tomorrow so, we meuve

They kicked out every one above 24, and above 26 (with Masters Degree)
