Pls gurus am currently running my POF for my CAS which will matured by d end of dis month d issue is I sent some money into d POF account but it only show d money I transferred as my account balance it doesn't reflect my POF in my balance hope there's no issue with dat although dey said it will reflect wen I go to d bank to print my statement of account hope it's like that?

Good evening guys, please i have an issue i am needing your advice on, i am presently in the uk as a student, before i came here i had earlier applied in 2019 for a visitor visa and i included my ex as my spouse, i thought we had a baby together not knowing the baby is not mine, we broke up in October 2019 and luckily i found love again and we have 2 kids now. I didnt want to mess up my applications while applying for this student visa so i left all the records like it was when i applied for the student visa, now a company is trying to change my visa to tier 2 care worker for me, please house can i bring my nee family after i get the tier 2 visa approved? Were you married? If so are you legally divorced?

If not you have to be legally divorced before submitting a new marriage certificate and bringing your dependant along.

like the usual general test used to travel to canada is not accepted by UKVi..im not sure

there was an arguemment about it on the workvisa thread a couple of weeks back...

Good morning everyone, I got a refusal last week Friday, the ECO highlighted my mistake and now I want to start another POF. My TB certificate will expire July 10 and I would have done my biometrics latest July 3. Do I need to do another TB test or I can still use the current one?

This is what I know as regard IELTS. Their is the normal IELTS that comprises Academic and General training which now costs 83,000 naira. It's accepted by many countries of the world but the UK don't accept it as they have their own which is called UKVI IELTS.

The UKVI IELTS meaning United Kingdom Visa and Immigration IELTS also comprises of Academic and General training which costs 89,500 naira. The UKVI IELTS Academic is for those that want to travel for schooling and highly skilled professionals in the UK while the General training is basically for migration purposes to the UK.

It should be noted that the contents (questions and timing) of the normal IELTS and UKVI IELTS are the same. However, their is administrative differences. The UKVI IELTS have their own specialized centres where the exams are taken. Their security is top notch with camera and microphones everywhere. Their TRF (Test Report Forms) is slightly different from the normal IELTS as well. The embassy can easily determine that it's a UKVI IELTS by merely seeing the TRF.

That's what I can say for now.....

Oh okay if I get you correctly, you stated you were married, you also put her name as your spouse along with the child but she didn't apply at that time with you so you didn't submit any marriage certificate.

That was clearly a misrepresentation, my advise, you should legally marry your wife ( court or church/mosque or if your traditional marriage is registered and has a certificate), include your dependants and write a solid cover letter to clear this, in addition to other documents(I e.family pictures etc)

Hopefully it is not a serious issue for you and your dependants
