Interesting question but since no one has been to hell and returned, this since it will not be open for business until after Jesus Christ returns, the one you best direct your questions to is Jesus Christ Himself. After all, He is the one who declared of Hell(eternal damnation) , it is a place of darkness, crying and grinding of teeth in pain - Matthew 25.

God can only receive praises He deserves from living humans so He desires us to be alive but when anyone chooses to be evil such a person brings no praise to the CREATOR so God will send such a person back to the dust where he/she could be useful as manure in the soil for the living to get good plantation. Jeremiah 25:33

Jesus taught a few and sent them out to preach and TEACH others! Matthew 28:19-20 compare to John 21:15-17

That's why all those that became Christians in the first century were being taught by Jesus' representatives! Act 2:42
