Good evening auto gurus in the house.
I have been having this challenge of my corolla 2005 car going off when I have driven a long distance and having to slow down expecially in traffic jams, the engine normally trips off at this point.

What could be the cause of this?

Please assist.

Do computer diagnosis.

It can be dirty air filter, bad throttle body, bad crankshaft position sensor or wiring, bad camshaft position sensor or wiring, large vacuum leak, transmission lockup mechanism or solenoid.

Got it on Friday and scanned it yesterday afternoon.
How do I handle these codes? It is an acura tsx 2008

Do you have any drivability issues

The first code is related to Oxygen sensor in front of the engine. Contact luvinhubby on nairaland to assist with original parts.

Find a recommended technician with good diagnostics skill to sort u out physically. You can easily be misled by remote opinions .

P0135 is the cause.

In case you're not getting any code after scanning, check your fuel pump. My Honda had same problem, the engine will stop after driving for like 30 minutes especially when I encounter a traffic light or when I am about to climb a small slope.

I changed my fuel pump with a Toks fuel pump, changed 02 sensors, serviced the injectors and intake valves, the problem persisted. I did another round of research online and decided to get a new Fuel pump, I changed it myself and the car run very well now.

It was a crazy experience having a vehicle that can't move after a small traffic in Lagos, sometimes, I have to park to enable it rest for another 20 minutes, before I could drive it for another 30 minutes.
