Don't think this scent leaf juice is a good idea, it lowers blood pressure & blood sugar so it may not be advisable for pregnancy. Try to ask a nurse or registered pharmacist around you, if not ask your doctor.
But some mama's have suggested raw pap as ladyrachy said, you can try those tips too.

yes ugu. It was suggested here for me too and even during antenatal. U can cook it too and eat. Ahh I suggest you stop using it and talk to ur doctor since there's no much difference.

Since I got preggy and entered second trimester vegetables starting purging me. Try eating bread or chew raw garri without water or sugar.bread works for me and I try to take little water pending when the stool becomes firm. Some mamas here suggested raw pap water and it works too. Sorry ma

Only twice noo mama I took mine for like three weeks twice a week or thrice at times and I still used blood tonic and capsule.there was huge diff.hmm I stopped it and 2% left oo now am back to building it up again cos am back to 30% its so frustrating

As per that "far" ehn, I'm seriously confused. Docs are using scan date not my lmp saying its not correct (and I'm very certain it's correct). According to my lmp, I'll be 29 weeks tomorrow but my Tommy measured 34weeks. It's been 6 weeks ahead since i registered and did my first scan. EDD is 22nd August but scan is 21st July. Imagine the difference.

So I asked the doc what happens when I don't go into labour by 40 weeks According to scan. He said I'll be given 1 week and check the state and size of the baby then be induced. My confusion hasf confused. Has anyone experienced this before?

I use ugu very well too...not the juice though. I pack it inside my egusi, egg sauce..any food at all. You can even cook it with waterleaf as vegetable soup. Just include it in your diet...

Mine was 33 %,Doctor said I shld be taking that red capsule(fesolate)morning and night to increase my blood,in the next appointment we will run a test and check the percentage again..

Hmm teamie it wasn't easy doing the leaf stuff,at times I buy the ugu but will forget to squeeze the leaf.I used capsules steady BT I doubt it helps na dat ugu juice help boost the pcv then . will have to continue with it now

I can imagineooo,I pray mine will increase with the capsule abeg,I can't deal with uguleaf water,tho some ppl say it taste good if you mix with milk

Hmmm that 6wks difference is loud ooo, maybe you had a period while already preggers? Also what week did u do your first scan? I've not seen this amount of difference before though, 2 wks, 3wks discrepancy at most.
Anyway everything being equal, your doctor's advice and that inner voice should be your ultimate guide...pls keep us posted

Best option or resort to use in calculation of Due date or EDD is your LMP. Pls i do not want to prempt anything but for your good and the LO try another hospital bc i suspect the doctor on his own might have booked you for CS.
