I stayed away from oily foods and anything fat or processed foods. It takes discipline,but it works.


My face cleared and people who knew me started asking what I used. With time the black spots also cleared too and my confidence returned.


Also I stopped using cream on my face. After bathing I dont rub cream, I rub some oil on my heard and legs, that's all.

Apply tea tree oil with a cotton swab. In a day or two, you will start seeing results

Use nixoderm paste
Its cheap and reliable
Use it twice a day... morning and evening
Wash ur face with warm water and soap, dry and apply

Be clean
Get as many towels as you can afford and use it only once before washing.
Use a different towel on your face from the rest of your body

wash your face regularly with soap. rub powder on your face and also, after bathing in the night, before going to bed, rub powder on your face(like ojuju).
It really helped me. Especially regularly washing my face.

Get. Face wash with salicylic acid, either Zapzyt or neutrogena.
Get an Acne treatment gel like Zapzyt acne gel.
Get a niacinamide toner like good molecules.
Get a good facial moisturizer like cosrx
Get a good suncreen like Missha aqua if you have an oily face or Beauty of Joseon if you have a dry face.

Wash your face for 30-60 seconds with the salicylic acid face wash, use the niacinamide toner, rub in the acne treatment gel, use the moisturizer then finish with the sunscreen.

After a month, let's see result.

For the face wash and acne gel, don't use them everyday 3 to 4 times in a week is fine to avoid drying out your face.

Reduce the amount of oily and fatty foods you eat.

And clean your face constantly with a white handkerchief as frequently as possible.
