ask people around u, d leaf is very common....I don't do d squeezing style cos am not sure I can drink it, I pick, wash den pour hot water on it leave it to steam for few minutes den sieve and add milk.

Don't think this scent leaf juice is a good idea, it lowers blood pressure & blood sugar so it may not be advisable for pregnancy. Try to ask a nurse or registered pharmacist around you, if not ask your doctor.
But some mama's have suggested raw pap as ladyrachy said, you can try those tips too.
