Iraq was a UNSC resolution, that's WHAT THEY WON'T TELL YOU at face value. Do you know that just one veto from any of the permanent members mean that a resolution can't be reached. So Russia and China were there and they voted for it but they weren't there to actually do the fighting as usual.
