Yes he is write may be you dont know. It is the State Governor who is in charge of delegates not President even from his own State. Katsina State Governor Masari is an ardent supporter of Tinubu. Do you know that Katsina State APC Governorship candidate, who was chosen by Masari follows Tinubu on campaign to canvass for delegates?
