The only good thing in this is that, no matter what, it is a win-win situation for progressives.

Left to free, fair participation, Tinubu will carry the day but there is fate playing out here.

Tinubu has never struggled in a close competition for a public office, and while he had the command of power he did not play in fairness with those seeking election into office.

Late Pa Adesanya hand picked Tinubu at last minute to become Lagos Governor. He was not the front runner. This primary is his first personal experience in political competition.

After becoming governor he consolidated power under his office, and when he left office he did not leave the power behind for successor, he took it with him. That's why subsequent governors behind him are unable to act without his approval. Ambode defied him, and we saw what he did to Ambode.

So Tinubu need to taste what it means to contest and be humiliated publicly. If he loses here he will understand the true dynamics of godfatherism and learn to treat contestants in Lagos with dignity.

Igbo people don't vote during elections. They go to their shops. That's why North West and South West have always determined who becomes President.
North East will always vote whoever North West votes for, same with North Central.

South East votes don't usually count bcoz they can decide to do SIT AT HOME on election day

I agree totally with you
My best bet!

1. There would be no formal consensus candidate
2. The Northern block will overwhelmingly vote Oshinbajo
3. They will try to use Afenifere to beg Tinubu

The Fulani Oligarchy know very well that Tinubu is dangerous for the party and they know it. They will play calm with him till after next year election.

Tinubu should play his cards carefully within the next few hours. He has the option of
1. Following through with the election and get disgraced
2. Pulling out at the last minute in support of a western candidate
3. Pulling out with no comments
4. Pulling out to be a flag bearer in SDP or another party.

For me, the second option is his best bet.

The Northern Fulani Oligarchy are still holding the Card of LAWAN very close. I wouldn't be surprised if they finally full that card out. If they do, then they have prepared to RIG the next election massively!

I don't support Atiku, but he would crush any southern APC flagbearer. Southerners will be so dumb to think Buhari or Northerners will support their candidate against their own brother. Northerners are the real politicians.
