We have seen flashes in Barca to know he is a damn good player. But he doesn't show this consistently enough. He rarely ever plays well when the team is not playing well.

We need players who are capable of raising their game even when the whole world is collapsing around them.

Not players who are perfect, in a perfect world.

Withstand pressure. Show some balls. Be the one having the initiative.
