I cannot say things are cheaper for now...but some couple of years back when I dealt in fashion footwears things were happily cheaper then.



Why not give main market onitsha a shot?

If you are buying lots of things, you can head out to Mandilas, if you save 1,5 or 2k per item, on 20 items, your journey should be worth it.

Risky is an overated word in this context. It's a market place, people will be everywhere trying to cajole you into buying what they have for sale, just stay focused until you get what you want then leave. I don't have any contact there. All the best
