They call her full name they even reveal her BVN number to her. They ask for her date of birth and her ATM card number which she refused to give them.
They are now unto her Facebook account. Each day She received password reset code from Her facebook account. they try to hack the account by all means just to get some vital information that may lead to open her bank account. They call her with the following numbers 07038614148 and 09163391006 pls help us report them to the highest authority. Thank you

Yes we did it on truecaller, the first number 07038614148 (Daft scammer) and the second Number 09163391006 (Scammer fcmb NIN)

They tried more than 10 times to hack the account but without success. their last attempt is yesterday and they will be back again tomorrow or next tomorrow!

Like someone already told you, live smarter.... Oyinbo no pay again, na local scam them dey do now...........

Tell your sister to go to her bank and report the case...
They will tighten security and her funds will be save...

No need to panic as far as you haven't given them any vital information...

I always wanted to ask, how does "True caller" know that someone is a scammer or the number isn't genuine??

If they call her, she should waste their airtime.

Any questions they ask her, she should tell them "give me a minute while we check our system"

Then she should put the call on hold.

After 1 minute, she returns to the call and tell them to repeat their questions.

When they reply, she says "give me a minute while we check our system"

And the cycle continues till they're tired.

First, setup 2Factor authentication on all her social media apps. The next they call, let her be open to them. She should let them know that she knows their game and that their conversation is on record for possible investigation by law enforcement.
