At least you saw where I said EZE should play for naija and not after we have qualified for the World Cup then he will jump in

People are against approaching EZE and Olise is different from EZE and Olise coming to play for the eagles after we qualified for the World Cup

It’s totally different from Matip or maybe you lack comprehension

Once again Matip wants to play for Cameroon after they have qualified for the World Cup ,while people like you here don’t even want EZE or Olise for any qualifiers or close to the team .
Lol...both scenarios are the same. Matip begged to come back after Cameroon qualified for WC but Eto'o says No and you applaud him...

How many times have we approached Eze and Oliseh to play for us but anytime some people are against approaching them again (that we should move on) you'll labelled them haters of FBs....are we not doing the same thing as Eto'o?

It's a simple logic...na you no comprehend my guy cheesy

Thank you for calling him out

He thinks we have forgotten
lol..no mind Andy...

The number 1 name on the lips of every Nigerian football fans for the last couple of weeks now is Bassey...

As good as he is, he accepted our invitation asap even when Papi Rohr couldn't cap him on time.

Then there are Eze and Oliseh using our invitation to catch cruise. It's normal for some fans to be against them na

Halaand deal cost far more than Nunez.. look beyond the transfer fee..... And Nunez isn't well known and proven at the highest level like Halaand, so Klopp is still quite much on track with his philosophy on player recruitment.. And let's face it, the transfer market has been inflated.. Clubs have to shell out big monies to sign players now..

That being said, I can assure you that Nunez would perform better with Liverpool than Halaand will at city...

I have no problem with who will perform better ,but don’t be so sure by saying Nunez will perform better in Liverpool ,just wait for next season to kick off ,even an headless chicken like sterling was so prolific under pep

My point is they klopp is spending 100 million on a striker from Portugal ,something he said he will never do

The transfer market will surely be inflated when you sold coutinho for 145 million grin

No matter how you put it ,Haaland is ahead of Nunez for now but Nunez cost more than him cheesy

April 28
I somehow wish he gets called up for Belgium seeing we are stocked in that department.

Easier to displace Lukaku than Osimhen.

Really proud of this Dessers lad.

Belgium invited Luis Openda of Vitesse to the national team and that could have been Dessers.

What about Grealish? LoL..

Only reason Halaand came cheaper was because city activated his release clause.. When you factor in his wages, then he cost more than Nunez..

Nice job bro, nice job.

Meanwhile, that name "Odo" is pronounced "Oh d' oh", not "Oh d' Or". It is the name of a powerful deity in the Nsukka axis of Enugu State.

It’s just about the people trolling pep ,the koko be say Liverpool don buy 100 million striker while there are cheaper strikers out there

It’s so clear that guardiola is giving Liverpool sleepless nights and they are tired of excorting mancity to the league title every season

Man city owns grealish with their full chest unlike Liverpool wey Dey shame to talk say dem buy Nunez for 100 million cheesy

Exactly. With Lukaku's recent poor form, Dessers would have easily been Belgium's new number 9.

You read my mind, I think Ugbade is not your Guardiola tikitaka or possession Apostle. His methodology which some other coaches use seem to be business like and we are here to score goals, not entertain, that's what I read from the few minutes I watched. Ghana definitely had loads of possession but who scored more and created more chances? His team!! So long as he gets the results I won't complain.

Did not watch the game but to be honest, Ugbade needs to review his strategy. That gung-ho football will just get us smoked when we meet a team clinical in front of goal.

The Ghanaian team had loads of chances to put us to the dagger but flunked their chances repeatedly.

With a clinical side, it is another story.

We can celebrate the WIN
But not throw caution to the WIND.

Watching the U17 highlights made my bones shiver. I could read that we were playing what I call Pepsi Pro League football.

Where the ball comes to the defender and they send the ball out as missiles.

Mr. Nduka Ugbade, time to change this orientation if I am right.
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 8:58pm On Jun 12, 2022
It is time we move forward with the World of football. You will hardly find a top club playing hoof ball footy.

The EPL for instance, you have Guardiola, Klopp,Arteta, Conte, Ten Hag, Marsch and others who are sound in clever build up plays.

There is a reason why most teams are adopting it. From Spain, to Germany, Italy, England, Belgium and a host of others.
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 9:00pm On Jun 12, 2022
We can keep our identity but we can not throw away the advancement of football. We can not claim to know more than teams that are investing in the science and technology of the game.

I have no problem with long balls, heck, when Manchester City plays Liverpool, it is our main strategy to play them but we do it because of their high press.

Not playing long balls aimlessly.
