Although you can start the process even on your phone, but because of the finger print capture involved you may nt be able to complete, so jst visit an INEC office and tell them you want to move your polling unit to current location, take less than 15 mins, when they are done they will print a small slip for you showing your new location.

You can also start d process on yr phone, if u use android download (MYINEC) app and click on locate pvc, open an account with an email and other requested details, login then you will see the various options. The app is nt available on appstore yet searched my app store several times, but u will see it on android playstore

Non the less, I advise u visit INEc office fr seemless process

It is very simple

I just finished mine now

Nothing like thumb print

Go to INEC website link...http://cvr.inecnigeria.org

Register with ur email and password

Click on "Transfer"

Select ur preferable State and polling unit closer to your house

You will be asked to snap two pictures with ur phone..one picture smiling and the other one in a mean state

Once you are done...An Application slip will be generated...please endeavour to save it or download it on your phone

Remember the Application slip is what you will use to collect your PVC when been contacted

Goodluck! As we vote out bad leaders

Thanks for this information. I applied for transfer yesterday. How long do I have to wait before proceeding to their office for PVC collection?

Go to INEC's website, follow instructions on getting a new one but indicate yours is damaged by clicking on the related option.
