I got my notes but it's neither here or there yet. Your study leave can re-initiated from your office, i guess? But in the end we will surely smile and all these waitings will worth it. Let's keep the faith high Teemenzo: 1 Like |

I greet everybody I was refused a study permit today. First time applicant and I applied in Europe. The reasons they gave for the refusal are: I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence. • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. • Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. Please, I need advice on how to tackle these concerns next time. |

Hi guys!!! This is the third time I will be asking for help, I just need the best counsel please na My mum sold a property recently to sponsor me for my MBA, I have my offer letter, and I just made a term payment. I'm going with my husband and two children this September, I just want to know what best to do tp show proof of funds, do i get the money from her and do a notarized deed of gift or just use her account statement, explaining the lump sum and showing evidence of the property transactions. Just want to put in my best shot as it is a family application |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Jenny255: 3:26pm On Jun 13, 2022 |
Hello DamDam, In my opinion, let her send the money to you and you notarize the gift deed. Also write an LOE to explain the lump sum when it reflects on your account. Also add the receipt of transfer to the documents you’ll submit for your application. Finally write a really good convincing SOP why your mom is willing to support you and your immediate family. I hope this helps and Goodluck. PS: Ask the gurus on the platform as well, tag them so they can see your questions. DamDamDam1: 1 Like 1 Share |

Arlanda: While my first advice is to order for GCMS notes, I will ask some questions relating to the points raised above as the reasons for refusing your visa application. 1. What is your status in your current country of residence. What is your status history? 2. Only you can give us more details about this. 3. How financially established are you in that country? Can you work with your status there? |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Arlanda: 3:50pm On Jun 13, 2022 |
ShowYoung: Thanks for your reply. What exactly is GCMS notes and how do I order for it. I am currently on work permit. I studied masters here 5 years ago and since then, I have been on work permit. I will be applying for a permanent residence 2 months from now and my current permit expires by December. Where I disagreed with them is my financial status. I have paid 50 percent of my tuition and I have up to 25million naira in my European bank account. I also received money monthly in salary. My current job might not aligned with my academic profession. I am an accountant and my current role differ. But I don't think this should be the ground for refusal. That I am not financially stable. I disagreed with them on this. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by kinkyhead: 3:59pm On Jun 13, 2022 |
Global Case Management System (gcms). GCMS Notes provide valuable information on the current status and future processing of your application. Hence, the only way to know the most detailed information of your application or refusal is by requesting GCMS Notes. Only individuals present in canada can help you request for your GCMS notes. Some of the gurus can assist you on the request. Arlanda: |

If you truly had moved on, you won't find it reasonable to bolden my statement and respond!! Case in Point, stop attacking people! learn to rephrase and address your concern in a much more positive way. He would do what he needs to do when he is ready! amila20042001: 1 Like |

Oh someone did and it had a negative connotation to it, saying people won't help him (is this a cult?)! If you read my comments well, I have not said he should not help people by dropping his documents or profile! My point is that he will do it when he is ready! 3 days for God's sake and you are crucifying the dude/babe! A little patience and empathy will go a long way! Simple!!! What is that assurance going to do for you? What if he assures and does not do it? Will you find him on the web and chase him down! Focus on your focus here, get what you need and move on! No one person's application is dependent on another here. If he does not drop his own, someone else will! All the others that have been dropping, no one told them to and we bless them for it but there are some people who get and never announce. If you guys are so sanctimonious, then perhaps you should start chasing all those who have told you at one point in time that they started their application but you never heard the last of it or what their result is. This platform is amazing and is helping people. No need to turn a public forum to 'if you don't give me, I won't give you'. Help if you will and move on! Papapa1234: 3 Likes |

Arlanda: As a Nigerian living in Europe too , my advice to you is to apply if you have your permanent resident permit and if you have a permanent contract at your place of work. Lastly try to get your gcms notes. 1 Like |
