IHS for a year course is £470 for a year and £235 for the extra months added in your visa making it a total of £705.
Visa fee £363

Both are paid in dollars and that depends on the exchange rate for the day.
Visa fee in $473
IHS $944(both can be less or more)

I worked at my brother's firm from 2012-2017, I have a reference letter on the company's letter head signed and stamped with his name and signature which is the same surname as mine. Could this be an issue? Or is it advisable to use my current employment letter from 2017 with my recent payslip and promotion letter for my application. I have 11years study gap

Your current employment letter is from 2017 till date. UKVI would still need to see what you did from 2012-2017.
If there’s someone else in the company in a higher position that can sign other than your brother, I would advice you go for that.

You shouldn't be too worried with a study gap less than 5years.

To answer your question, I would say that can suffice as it is still learning. But those certificates should have dates on them aligning to the gaps

2. The courses you did were only for 2019, these certificates won't cover all study gaps
