If it's direct, then they will apportion logistics to the Wards and if it is indirect, where is the Venue? So, where will INEC go to? Moreover, the communication has to come from NWC.

This particular man is a hard core kleptomaniac who stole his state blind passed an obnoxious pension law for himself that will make him enjoy the same benefits he did as governor while he has left office, became a senator and now a minister and he now wants to go back to the Senate.

Am not concerned about guber because inec never monitored it after all in 2019,there had no candidate there... You said there was no primaries in any seat at all and I checked legislative primaries and discovered that direct primaries were used in some places from 28 onwards and inec never complained about it

I said there will likely not be any candidate by that error. Even if I were wrong not for the Guber. There was no primaries on 28, it was cancelled and shifted to 29 May. Yet, there was heavy protests because the mode of primaries was unclear.

Who should communicate mode of primary to INEC? Their cases are pending for now.
