GAC is an influential but a pressure group within the Lagos APC. There are similar pressure groups everywhere e.g PDP Youths wing, Lagos4Lagos Movement etc

It's NOT an organ of the party and this is why it's not existing in other States where APC form the States Government. It's not in the Constitution of the APC.

State Chapaters of political parties are actually like branch offices of a company, they can't create an organ of the party on their own.
